As a single mom of three, I have walked this path. My marriage imploded after nearly a decade of "trying to make it work" and losing myself in the process.
I know the pain and loss that divorce creates and I also know the peace and happiness available on the other side of healing.
As a Certified Divorce Healing Coach, I use my experience and expertise to help women who are struggling the same way I did make peace with their divorce and find happiness in the life they will rebuild.
My coaching philosophy focuses on mindset and somatic healing as the framework to guide women along their healing path and help them create peace and happiness after divorce.
Your marriage gave you a sense of security in "knowing what the future holds" and now that you're getting divorced (or already divorced) that security is gone. So of course you feel overwhelmed with the stress and fear of stepping into the future you never thought you'd have.
But that's only one part of navigating divorce, which is why it can feel so impossible to let go and move forward with your life, even after the papers are signed.
Because you are not only trying to figure out what your future will look like, you're also trying to grieve the loss of the life you know, the person you wanted to love forever, and the future you thought you'd have.


It's normal to feel overwhelmed by the immense loss and change that divorce creates.
Why it feels hard to move one
You get stuck in this place of overwhelming fear, anxiety, and grief because your head is competing with your heart.
Your head knows that divorce is the right choice or the reality of your situation but your heart is still holding on.
Your head tells you that "you can't go back", or "you don't want a partner like that anyways", or "leaving is the best choice"....but your heart still loves them, cares about them, and wants a life with them.
This creates so much pain and suffering and keeps you stuck in an endless cycle of trying to "get over this" without actually finding any relief, healing or peace.

Step One:
During your Deep Dive Onboarding session, we will work together to create a personalized Pathway to Peace roadmap for your healing journey. This will be your guide as we work to clear the obstacles that are in your path.
Step Two:
After we've set up your Pathway to Peace roadmap, we'll meet weekly for the next three months to talk about what's helping you move towards peace and what's keeping you stuck. You'll get the tools and strategies you need to help you move through the obstacles blocking your path and help you confidently move forward.
Between our coaching calls, you might find that something comes up that feels overwhelming. That's why you have access to me on Voxer: it's like having a coach & support system in your back pocket!

On your own, you will work through the Path to Peace Workbook designed to teach you the 5 Steps to Healing from divorce. I will weave these steps throughout our coaching together but the exercise in the workbook will help reinforce the work we do together.
The foundation of confidently healing from divorce is learning to trust yourself again.
